Added a faction roster management system as an alternative to the existing (awful) Google Sheets. Supports functionality such as alternate characters, non-player characters, acting ranks & positions, ranks and assignments, multiple factions, divisions and bureaus, all of which can be set to private or public. Moderators can be assigned per division or bureau.
